31st December 2005

so it's the thirty-first of december, 2005. the last day of 2005! (unless someone suddenly changes the calendar and declares a 32nd of december).

i'm in a reflective mood, so i shall reflect! -turns to mirror and stares at reflection.

it's been a hell of a year! many ups and downs. and a lot of horizontal movement as well! (namely growing fat). here's a tribute to major incidents (that i can remember today).

310!
wow i was so scared of going to a new class man. especially upon hearing who was in it. firstly, there's kellynn, the girl i offended during dc one time. ahha SORRY KELL! scary. then there's gnia, zhen and sarah. scary! i am still scared of them! but nevermind i know that they are very nice. haha. from a certain learning experience. OBS! obs brought us closer together. so did many incidents which i am too lazy to name. anyhow, we won netball carn! woohoo! we rock, yes? yes. i'm sure everyone agrees. majulah 410!!! (: here's to another year with you guys.

bye-bye prefects
that was a tough one. the whole new old uniform. i was scared out of my wits. people glaring at you like you're some animal. ahha. interesting. but yea, got used to it. miss pb a lot! but i'm just glad i was able to meet such wonderful, amazing people there. fwah, fianza, FIEL! it was one hell of a joyride but i enjoyed it. and while fiel goes on to be sec4s, i shall sit in my chair and feel proud of every single one of them. cos they are, truly, amazing people! love you guys!
p.s: the pinafore is really much hotter...

hello triathlon
triathlon's been an eye-opener. made a lot of new friends. clarissa, alisa, elaine, dexter, mok, jingxian, thaddeus etc. hur. amazing people really... so motivating. watching them train, and training with them, has helped me to do things i never even DREAMT i could do. many thanks to tas for giving me such a great opportunity to train with them, and even go overseas to race. woots. after all that struggling to get proper training, nts was really like a dream come true. even with my injury, i managed to pull through. i'm like THE slowest there, ahha but nevermind. going to train my butt off. and lose weight! so here's cheers to many more decades of tri-ing. yes, decades.

yes those are the major events. sorry if i missed out stuff.. hm. okay here's a few personal new year resolutions for 2006.

  1. LOSE WEIGHT! reach my target weight. and maintain!
  2. get great muscles like those muscley people who take part in world champs
  3. improve swimming, biking, running
  4. finish general homework on time, do not procrastinate!
  5. get a nice decent GPA
  6. be more disciplined (like a discipline master)
  7. conquer asthma and injuries
  8. stop being afraid of talking to people
  9. pick up a new skill (shorthand?? lol)

there. personal. personal = selfish (but not like a fishmonger)

my sissy sister likes to come into my room to annoy me. so i just tell her that i've been picking my nose and she'll kapoof disappear. woohoo.

there's training tmr. can you believe it? the pot actually said that there's training tmr. if i fall off my bike we'll know it's cos i slept at like 2am or some absurd time.

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
treasure what's left of 2005 (:
